My primary focus is to create and foster long-term relationships with real estate investors who are interested in growing their portfolio. I'm also always seeking to network with agents in order to generate new property acquisitions for our investment team. Single family detached homes, condos, townhomes, and multifamily are all of interest for potential fix and flip or buy and hold opportunities. We also provide JV opportunities to other investors seeking properties to buy.

Working actively to support Desiree and Gery with their properties in any way he can. He is responsible for creating investor presentations, conducts extensive and in-depth research about co-working and co-living, and actively works to ensure administrative operations are being conducted properly.

A seasoned Investor in residential and commercial real estate. Currently invested in $15 million in commercial industrial properties that includes a $4.5 million syndication. Is a general partner in the Colivilla residential syndication.
A Mechanical Engineer and Design Manager with Titleist, his analytical skills will support operations, financials and ability to scale.

After leading a successful career in real estate since 1989 as a broker, investor and creator of a seminar series entitled “From Babies & Bills to Riches in Real Estate”, Desiree, a divorced mom of two sons saw that very capable, intelligent women were letting outside forces stand in their way of making and perusing their investment choices.
So in 2006 she started inviting women into her home for champagne brunches and had speakers speak on subjects such as “Getting out of your own way”, “Destined for Greatness”, “Finding the Diva in You” etc.
An Empowered Woman has developed into an exclusive global networking community and resource center for women professionals and entrepreneurs. Supporting women who are starting, fixing or building their businesses with web TV and radio shows, MasterMind meetings, tele-classes, seminars, coaching and unprecedented live events. As a result of her affiliate associations including those in South Africa, France, Canada and the Philippines the community has grown to over 53,000.
In 2011 they launched the Foundation of Empowered Women, a non-profit division and the Association of An Empowered Woman, with chapters throughout Southern California.
In 2015, Desiree produced and published“Let’s Talk Success”, a digital magazine distributed in 11 countries with access to over 1 million viewers. Featuring women who have achieved the millionaire status as they share their stories, challenges, victories and secrets to success.
